FREE INITIAL IN-HOME ASSESSMENT
Our coordinator will personally come to your home to discuss your individual needs and concerns and help you determine the services that will best suit your situation. By meeting with you personally and getting to know the client, we can make the best possible match for you or your loved one.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
All Personal Attendants are “employees” and not independent contractors. They are liability insured, bonded and are also covered by workers compensation. We provide long or short term - hourly care - multiple shift care - 24 hour live in care - Weekends & Holidays
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
We save you time and money by screening and processing all applicants so you don’t have to.
► Have a minimum of 2 years experience providing care for the elderly or the disabled
► Read, write and speak fluent English (Bi-lingual is a plus)
► Complete an application with verifiable references
► Complete a competency test
► Have a current valid CALIFORNIA Drivers License
► Have a clean driving record with no infractions
► Pass a Criminal Background Check
► Own or posses a vehicle for work purposes
► Have current CALIFORNIA vehicle registration
► Have automobile insurance
► Have a valid Social Security Card with eligibility to work in the U.S.
► Current negative T.B. Test
